We finally got to lay Mum to rest yesterday. It was a lovely service and so many family and friends shared the day with us. Thank you so much for being with us and helping us give Mum the send off she deserved. Thanks also to Father Alec for the lovely service and to Steve Astley Funeral services for such attentive service and also making the whole thing very dignified and fitting. The service was Skyped to our family in Australia so it was comforting knowing my Mum's sister (Auntie D) was with us. So far the contributions to the Dogs Trust are £181.44, Mum will be delighted by this and thanks to all who have donated. Rest in Peace Mum, love and miss you so very much x
